Yamaichi Metal Co., Ltd. has established an office building, “Phoenix Building,” next to its headquarters factory and held a completion ceremony on April 25. The ceremony was attended by our president, Mr. Oga, our executive director, Ms. Hiroko Takahashi, who designed our symbol mark and logo, the contractors involved in the construction, and teachers from the alma mater of this year’s new employees, all celebrating the birth of the Phoenix Building.
The new office building is a three-story structure featuring well-ventilated spaces divided by glass partitions and a bright design utilizing our production materials, such as aluminum. The office interior is furnished with reused and recycled materials, creating an environmentally friendly workspace.

To enhance employee comfort, the second floor is equipped with shower facilities, a nap room, and open spaces that can be freely used.

The birth of the Phoenix Building is expected to improve employee work styles and accelerate the horizontal recycling of aluminum cans. We will continue to strive to contribute to society and the environment through a comfortable working environment and the development of our business.
