On April 4, the three members of the team that won the grand prize at the “Dream Realization Partnership Open Presentation Event” held on March 27, 2024, visited our company along with their supervising teacher to kick off the process of making their dreams a reality.

Yamaichi Metal’s Dream Creation Department “Try It Section” Takes the Lead

As part of an internship, the team members will become simulated employees of the “Yamaichi Metal Dream Creation Department ‘Try It Section'” and work towards realizing their dreams over the course of a year, with our company supporting them along the way.

Realizing their dream will require interactions with multiple people and various companies. Therefore, on this day, we started with business etiquette training, including exchanging business cards, and engaged in discussions and specific planning for the project.

With significant media interest, television crews also attended the meeting. Although the students were initially nervous, they soon relaxed, and the meeting proceeded in a very friendly atmosphere. This marked a significant first step towards making their dreams come true.
